T2-"The Turkeynator", the second 18-hole disc golf course at Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake, was installed in 2006 in order to accommodate more players after the Fabulous Florida Disc Golf Tour’s stop, the Orlando Open, had sold out 3 years in a row. This par 60 course features multiple tees on 17 of the holes, thus catering to both amateur and pro level players with an emphasis on placement shots. Some of the multi-shot holes (par 4's and 5) also have beginner friendly Green tees and Championship-level Gold tees.
Since “T2” was installed, disc golf traffic has steadily increased, a new club has formed and the park now sells and rents discs.
