World Champion Disc Golf Design LLC is team of enthusiastic disc golfers who love the sport and are working hard to increase awareness and grow the player base. Founded by a three-time world champion and an avid supporter of the sport, we bring 40 plus years of experience to each project.
We consult, design, install, and accessorize quality disc golf courses. We take our job seriously, making sure to deliver a course that will fit your specific needs and appeal to your target demographic. We do this while taking into consideration safety and, wherever possible, leave room to accommodate more holes and improving players.

We also teach and inform at course grand openings, school assemblies, office outings, camps or anywhere people want to enjoy a friendly fling. We also fix courses that need a little TLC in order to live up to their potential!

The simple answer is experience. We understand the sport and what it takes to create a great course. We realize that players will play a poorly designed course when there are no other options, but given the choice, will choose the better course every time. Factoring in the subtle details can make or break a course:

Diversity: Golf discs, like golf clubs, come in different shapes in order to create varying flight lines. Each variation in weight or grade of plastic will also change the way each disc flies. Wind speed and direction as well as arm speed also have an effect. Understanding these variables allows us to create courses that provide a sufficient challenge for the pro without intimidating the newbie.
Hazards:There are playing hazards and safety hazards. As designers, our goal is to create fair playing hazards that challenge a player to stretch their skill set, while avoiding safety hazards to the player or passersby.

Evolution:The well-designed course allows for growth and will evolve with the community of players. By understanding the growth patterns, we can integrate these factors from the start of the project, making it easier and more cost effective for you to keep up with the demand for more holes or greater challenge.

Nature:Disc golf is an inherently green sport that brings people back to nature. Rather than force a course design through the woods, we prefer to familiarize ourselves with the area, thereby letting the terrain and flora show us the best “natural” fairways.
